What is MEP fix classification
MEP works are distributed as per site progress.
In other words, what should be done first, second, and third, in line with other civil/architectural activities?
Based on these classifications, MEP activities are to be planned for manpower, procurement, and project progress.
First Fix
It starts at the foundation stage to putting plaster on the internal walls
Second Fix
Comprises all the work after the plastering to a finished house
Third Fix
Comprises of installation of sensitive electronic equipment to be installed only when a construction site is dust-controlled (dust-free condition)
